Merlot used to be king, but in the last few years, has gotten a bad rap. One unbalanced man’s exclamation in one movie sends people running for the hills. That seems unfair to us. We love merlot, it’s delicious. So we did what we do best and infuse it into a coffee bean.
We took a natural processed Ethiopian and let it rest with merlot wine to create a surprisingly drinkable coffee. It’s a fruit bomb with notes of blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, and well, all the berries. We often refer to it tasting purple. Now we know purple isn’t a flavor, but when you drink this coffee, you will understand what we mean.
