With Dark Side of Noon we wanted to give you all the things to love about a dark roast, without any of the burnt ashy stuff. We use Guatemala for notes of butterscotch and dark chocolate then paired it with Ethiopia for the top flavors of peach and white flowers. For good measure, we threw in a dash of Sumatra to fill out the bottom end. Dark Side of Noon is our take on a classic, our nod to those that came before.
